Interested in being a WFP Volunteer?

WFP welcomes volunteers and interns to assist with general office work as well as volunteer attorneys interested in working with our clients.

Benefits to being a WFP Volunteer Attorney

WFP is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a pro bono provider. Once you complete 25 hours of pro bono legal work for WFP’s clients, you will be entitled to claim an exemption from the court mandated pro bono assignments on your NJ attorney registration next year. Volunteering with WFP means spending your time in an area of law of your choosing, for a Hudson County resident screened by WFP.

Your work for WFP’s clients will be covered by WFP’s malpractice insurance.
